- Resolve AsciiDoc include directives from the content script (instead of the background script). Otherwise the request can be blocked by strict CSP policies: "Failed to load resource: Origin safari-web-extension://... is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. (file.puml, line 0)"
