Added option to leave out CSS Comments in generated CSS code.
Moved input controls to a new accordion style layout for easier access.
Reorganized CSS input sections with new accordion layout.
Fixed small bug where the spread on Box Shadow would not allow negative values. Makes for much nicer drop shadows.
Fixed small bug where the window could not be expanded past 1900 x 1100. Much nicer on large monitors.
Fixed small formatting bugs.
