Fixed a regression in Desktop Curtain 3.1, where Desktop Curtain failed to request access to the user's desktop picture under certain circumstances. (Previously in Desktop Curtain 3.1: Desktop Curtain is now a universal app, built for both Apple silicon and Intel Macs.)
