* GSM Modem Gateway: Improved handling of NoSignal statistics.
* GSM Modem Gateway: The Send Limit did not treat multipart messages properly, this could result in failed messages.
* Web Connector: Improved error handling when the server port number is already in use.

This version adds an HTTP API option to change the configuration of the basic- and full editions of Diafaan SMS Server. The HTTP callback option now offers support for local processing of PHP scripts with the CGI version of PHP.

This version adds an SMPP server to the basic- and full editions of Diafaan SMS Server and it is possible to use an SQL Connector to log all messages to an external SQL database. The Emulator Gateway is now built-in into Diafaan SMS Server, this gateway can help setting up the configuration without sending or receiving any actual SMS messages.
