Windows 7 is supported.
"Run as administrator" is not required any more on Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Columns of the book detail list view can be customized and reordered. Go to menu Tool | Options, then click on the Operations tab.
URL1 and URL2 are filled automatically after book information is downloaded.
Library database can be shared by all users (i.e. accounts). Just select "Install for everyone" during installation.
