Febooti fileTweak now supports long file path up to 32,767 characters.
Full Unicode support in file and folder names.

FileTweak now requires Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher.
Removed tutorial.exe file from installation package.

During file date, jpg date and attribute change Apply button becomes active.
Interface font replaced with more modern one for better appearance.
FileTweak View module now displays 256 kilobytes of file contents instead of former 30 kilobytes.

If path (including file name) was longer than 260 characters, use of include directory feature led to program freeze.
