v1.7 [Jun 9, 2010]
- Changed the minimum requirements. To run FetchYourLyrics you need Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and iTunes 6.0.2;
- New option in Preferences to open iTunes when you open FetchYourLyrics;
- New option in Preferences to start an automatic search: if the lyrics are empty and is not in Exception List, the search for the lyrics is launched as soon as the music starts playing;
- The search for the text inside the lyrics was totally rewritten and now it uses an incremental search field (search while you type);
- If the songs in the 'Find In Lyrics' are not up-to-date, you can update the information about the songs using a new update routine in Preferences;
- Added an option to exclude some songs from the search (if the song is instrumental, like classical music) called Exception List;
- The Exception List can be modified at any time, just by selecting a song and clicking on 'Update' to remove the song from the list and make it searchable again;
- In the search results window, you can simply select the text and type Shift + Command + V to add the selected text as the lyrics of the current song without editing it. Typing Shift + Command + E copies the selected text and opens a window to edit it before saving as the lyrics;
- The 'Control iTunes' window has been incorporated to the main window;
- The main window now displays the running time of the current song.
