DesignRuleChecker:
- add a new detection of zero width paths,
- add a new DensityCheck,
- add a new self-intersection check,
- fix problem on some special curved non Manhattan shapes in drc enclosure and minimum distance for overlaping shapes
- mark also complete outside shapes in drc inside check.

File Formats:
- support of DXF option bulge lwpolyline entries,
