BUG FIX - Receiving URLs from some web browsers via sharing was not working.

BUG FIX - If you use the iCloud option to sync reminders: Reminders created with Siri or received through sharing by other apps while the app is not running could be missed on app launch. (Creating reminders via sharing URLs or text from other apps was introduced in the prior version)
• Supports receiving URLs and text from other apps like Safari or Notes via their share panels. A new reminder will be created with the URL and text, including any note accompanying the URL. Menu Minder appears in another apps share panel if the app supports sharing URLs and text. If you do not see Menu Minder you may need to select "More" to add it.
• BUG FIX - In the preferences view: After selecting a sound to play for an alert the selected sound was not played to preview it if the option to play a sound is off.
• The popup menus are no longer dismissed when app is deactivated, and fixed an issue where the menu content was being incorrectly offset when updated in the background.
• Copy: Reminder menu item menu contains a new menu item named 'Copy' that will copy the item to the pasteboard. Display the reminder menu item menu by selecting it.
• Quick Save: The Quick Save operation verifies saving to the last accessed reminder set to prevent unintended overwrite.
Maintenance update for consistency with the iOS version: Updated alerts for operations to merge and combine reminder sets to clarify the difference.
• New: Option to merge reminder sets. This function differs from the related ‘combine’ in that duplicate reminders are handled by taking only the most recently modified, rather than all.
• New: Merge is also now used when switching from ‘local’ to ‘iCloud’ reminders when you are asked if you want to merge the local reminders into the iCloud reminders.
• New: Reminder item menu now includes a new menu item named ‘Open URL’ that will open any URL in the reminder item using the default web browser. If the reminder contains more than one URL a menu is displayed showing all the URL’s from which one can be selected to open.
• Fixed: Issue where multiple system notification alerts may appear for the same reminder.
• New: The filename of the ‘last accessed set’ is reset when switching between iCloud and local to avoid confusion as to whether the set was opened while using iCloud or not.
• Email the selected reminder from the reminders menu, either as plain text or HTML, including all images as attachments (requires the Mail app to be setup).
• Option to exclude showing the next fire date and countdown in the reminders menu. In this way the display can now be condensed to show only the reminder itself when all other display options are also set to exclude date info.
Various minor bug fixes to improve user experience:
• Fixed offline editing when switching from iCloud to Local and back to iCloud reminders with no internet access
• Reminder alert count color coding was being reset on app launch
• Keyboard was not dismissed when the reminders menu was opened
• Menu updates were not un-paused when the reminders menu was dismissed with an item selected
• Deleted reminders table was not updated when cleared if there was a selection
