All popup windows remain on top of main window, and disappear when a different application is selected
Fixed when working on the Pianoroll window sometimes the copy, cut and paste commands are applied to timeline window instead
Fixed recording MIDI on a MIDI track with multiple parts sometimes giving unexpected results
