* Settings for specific apps can be accessed by clicking the ellipses next to each app listed in the popover.
Bug fixes:
* OKTA-372430: SSO failed if a user had active sessions in both a custom domain and an Okta domain.
* OKTA-387202: The plugin popover made some web pages slower when the Developer Console was open.
* OKTA-369511: The plugin popover didn't display apps consistently after being opened for the second time.
