1. Replacement Comm Library in Outpost.exe and Ipserial.exe. This change resolves several USB-to-Serial access problems currently experienced with the standard MSCOMM32 driver. This replacement driver also supports Comm Ports up to COM99, with serial port access, both hardware ports and USB-to-Serial Ports.
2. Improved Ipserial Error Handling. There are several errors that occur including Runtime 380. This release resolves it.
