Changes for this release of Password Manager:
1. Enable the Menu->Format->Font->Show Fonts (Command+T) option. This will bring up the Font Panel that will enable you to adjust the size of the text in the Passwords Comments Box.
2. Provide a Merge Function - Menu->File->Merge Password Files - that will copy/merge Site details from another Password Manager File into the current Password Manager File.
3. Minor interoperability changes to ensure an iPad/iPhone Password Manager File from our soon to be released iOS iPassword Manager Application can be used by this OSX Password Manager Application.
4. Display changes to use the new macOS Mojave dark mode feature.

Based on feedback from our users (thank you) the following new features and improvements have been added to Password Manager:
- A new preference has been provided that will automatically hide the Password Panel when the system enters a sleep state.
- Once hidden, either automatically or by a manual hide, two new new preference are available that will require the entry of the Master Password before the Password Panel will be shown again.
- The Import function has been rewritten to streamline the importing of passwords from a comma delimited file. The import function will now support UTF-8 encoded files.
