Fixed a compatibility problem with Pixel Tools and Mac OS Catalina (10.15+) in which Pixel Tools wouldn't show the window directly below it.

Now works again on Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6). Version 1.1 had a bug where the magnified area was black on Snow Leopard.
