ADDED - Profile alert when clicking on Download Center button. This will inform the users they must have a created a Configuration Settings Profile before they can access the Download Center.
ADDED - Included Weather Refresh Rate with WXPLUS Weather Engine Modes. WXPLUS mode a user change adjust the auto-load time between 2, 6, and 10 minutes. Standard Mode remains the same.
ADDED - Improved visibility smoothing in WXPLUS/Standard Weather Engine Modes.
ADDED - 3D and Synoptic interpolation option to WXPLUS Weather Engine Mode. This allows a 3D feel to the weather depth similar to Standard Mode.
FIXED - Re-established INITIAL WEATHER DELAY function and removed simulator menu item listener.
