Major improvements to SplitScreen

* Fixes issues with iTunes not resizing correctly
* Fixes issues with apps not resizing correctly when the dock is not at the bottom
* Fixes issue where some apps do not respond to resize commands
* Fixes issue where some users experience a small delay before the windows are resized
NOTE: THIS NEW VERSION OF SPLIT SCREEN USES MAC ACCESSIBILITY WHICH MUST BE ENABLED IN SETTINGS. A POPUP WILL TELL YOU HOW TO DO THIS IF ACCESSIBILITY IS NOT ALREADY ENABLED
