The new TVUPlayer automatically starts recording on any channel you watch. While watching a channel, you can:
- Pause (center button): this pauses the current program, allowing you to come back and continue watching later.
- Resume: When you're Paused, the center button changes to Play - click this to continue watching your program.
- Seek (horizontal scroll bar right under the video): Click on the Seek button and drag it left or right to go backwards and forwards within the program you're watching. For example, if you drag it all the way to the left, you'll be watching what was on when you first started the channel.
- Skip Backward (double arrow to the left of the Pause button): Clicking this button takes you backwards 1 minute in the current program.
- Skip Forward (double arrow to the right of the Pause button): Clicking this button takes you forward 1 minute in the current program.
The recording that the Pause/Resume functions create is temporary; if you change channels, stop the channel, or exit from the TVUPlayer, it's gone.
