BREAKING CHANGES:
If you depended on the paths that Chef/Puppet provisioners use to store cookbooks (ex. "/tmp/vagrant-chef-1"), these will no longer be correct. Without this change, Chef/Puppet didn't work at all with vagrant provision. We expect this to affect only a minor number of people, since it's not something that was ever documented or recommended by Vagrant, or even meant to be supported.
