Expanded the frames per second display to show the frames per second and the actual update & render world frame rates. F7 (FPS display) now F2.
Added the much requested global speed control. Can run in fixed (regular) speed or variable speed.
Added option to disable the wait for VSync.
Added option to set the message delay time (0 – 5 seconds).
Minor updates to the configuration dialog.
Built against new version of the compiler that prevents DEPs from occurring.
