Fixed error occurring after deletion of a themed item from playlist, but only if it was currently being presented at the time (unintentionally introduced in 3.5.0.0).
Fixed song importer for ZionWorx database (old and new formats) failed to initialize in some scenarios after the first song import was completed.

Fixed - PowerPoint issue affecting some Windows 8.1 systems, where the first running slideshow presents either blank, shifted to the right, or scaled incorrectly.
Fixed - Improved PowerPoint integration so that 'Use Presenter View' slideshow setting is automatically turned off (works for PowerPoint 2010, 2013 and future versions).
