3herosoft iPhone iBooks to Computer Transfer is an iPhone backup tool. As its name suggests, you can use it to transfer your iBooks from your iPhone to your computer. But you can use it to transfer music and movies as well. When you connect your iPhone, the application will detect it and show you a short summary of what is on. You will see how much space is used in audio, photos and video, and what the capacity and free space of your device is.
On the left part of the screen, you will find a list of all the types of content that you can browse and export to your Mac. When you click on the Books button, you will see a list of all the books that you have added on your iBooks apps on your iPhone. This includes both PDF files and ePub files. The iBooks app puts them in different libraries, but you see them all on a single list with this application. To export a book, you simply have to check the box next to it and click on the "Export" button. If you are exporting music back to your Mac, you can also directly add the songs to your iTunes library.
While experimenting, I was able to download music and books from my iPhone to my Mac. The trial version only seems to limit the number of operations that you can make.
