You can preview the final clip before launching the conversion process in case you need to make sure you selected the correct 3D conversion profile.
All 3 conversion modes worked perfectly in my testing and there was no quality loss. Plus, the utility took a small amount of time to convert the input videos.
The one thing I'd add would be an integrated help guide to teach users the differences between all 3D output profiles.
As for the rest, I can't find any reasons why you shouldn't give this program a try if you ever need to convert 2D movies to 3D format and vice versa.
