The program’s interface is clear and easy to work with – it won’t have you checking the manual every time you need to use a new feature, and most icons are quite self-explanatory. It is based on tabs, which means that you are allowed to have a large number of PDF files open and within easy reach at any given time. As some of its most notable competitors, it also offers a thumbnail view to help you locate specific objects or pages at a glance. Able2Extract Professional opens an initial menu with the most demanded tasks, and all of them will take you to the same main interface but with different sets of options and tools.
Without going into too many details about each of the features that the program offers, suffice it to say that you will find a good choice of editing, conversion, watermarking, signing, protection, form filling, and enhancing utilities. Do not expect to find the same wealth of features and capabilities present in reference tools, such as Adobe Acrobat DC. For the same reason, do not expect to pay its outrageous tag price either.

Able2Extract Professional 15 was human-translated from the ground up to provide the same PDF productivity-boosting experience in Spanish, French, and German, as it does in English. Furthermore, the OCR engine was upgraded to accurately recognize Spanish, French, and German special characters in order to deliver high quality results when it comes to extracting scanned PDF data.
