AC-3 ACM Codec (formerly AC-3 ACM Decompressor) offers Dolby Digital AC-3 decoding for Windows ACM. AC-3 ACM Codec is based on the open source liba52 library by Aaron Holtzman and Michel Lespinasse, and the open source FFmpeg ac3enc code by Fabrice Bellard.
