AceBackup is a system maintenance application for Windows computers. There are many backup applications out there, but most of them are really expensive, so AceBackup really caught my eye when I read it was free. The application combines a lot of features that make backing up sensitive data a breeze. I like the fact that AceBackup has a built-in FTP player that allows you to upload your backups automatically to any FTP site that you want. Also, you can backup all your files and drives at once, or you can specify which files you want to save and when. Also, just like Time Machine on Mac OS X, AceBackup allows you to keep different versions of the same files and to create incremental backups. So even if one of your files gets ruined, you can go back and restore it from a previous version. You can of course burn your back-ups to your hard drive or to a CD or DVD. You can even use network drives for redundancy. The graphical user interface is really simple, and it doesn't need to be any fancier than it is already.
