Removes the red eye effect, artifacts, flaws, unwanted items and people from the photos that you took with your camera. Supports JPEG, PSD, TIFF, RAW formats and other file types.

A lot of people have the habit of taking pictures and photographs. However, is it quite frustrating when there is a flaw in your picture that you didn't notice when shooting it: for instance, a black dot right in the middle of a marvelous landscape, a pimple on someone's face, red eyes etc.

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom is the solution that fixes these imperfections, it allows you to remove almost any defect from a picture. I doubted its ability to remove objects at the start, but I was proven wrong: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom does the job pretty decent. For example, there was a rock in a picture, which I was trying to remove. I used the 'Spot Removal' tool and the rock instantly disappeared, and one could not guess there was a rock before (you can see it on the screenshots).

Not only can it remove objects from a picture or fix 'red eyes' on a photograph, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom can also change numerous parameters such as tint, exposure, contrast and more. Even though this program features a basic mode, users starting out in picture editing will probably feel left out, because the basic mode is far from being basic. However, intermediate and skilled users will love the wide range of features that allows them to do precisely what they are intending to do.

The major drawback of this program is its weight: it takes up too much disk space, it needs a great amount of time to launch, and the program becomes slower as you are adding effects to a picture. Although, that absolutely depends on the hardware, so make sure your computer meets the minimal (or recommended) requirements.

I found this piece of software to be a little overpriced. While most field professionals can afford it, amateurs will probably be reluctant to buy it because of the price. Keep in mind that a trial version is available: if you only need to use it temporarily, the trial version should cover your needs since it has all features the full version does, but for a limited period of time.
