Cleans your computer after an adware attack. The tool removes the malicious program's files, uninstalls potentially undesirable programs (PUPs) that are generally installed by adware and fixes hijacking attempts by restoring the web browser's homepage to your default setting.
AdwCleaner can remove adware, browser toolbars, homepage hijackers, spyware, and other potentially unwanted programs (PUPs). It provides a simple interface where you can initiate scanning and view the detected issues. You can then remove or quarantine the threats.
