AhnLab V3 Internet Security 

AhnLab V3 Internet Security is a security and privacy suite for Windows. It combines quite a few different types of tools to keep your system tuned and clean of any outside threats. AhnLab Internet Security offers all the basic tools that every security suite should have. You get a real-time antivirus scan and a file scanner. These two prevent viruses from ever entering your system, and you can scan folders to make sure that no viruses were present before you installed it. The virus definitions are easily updatable but I am not sure how often new definitions get released. That is the most important aspect of an antivirus software. This suite also offers network intrusion prevention, which is some sort of anti-phishing tool, and a personal firewall, along with network access control. You can control your application's access to the outside world in an individual basis. There is also content filtering, which allows you to restrict access to specific sites or sites that might be malicious. Additionally, the application offers e-mail protection that taps into your e-mail client to prevent you from sending or receiving e-mails and to block spam. In the System Tuning section, there are a few privacy tools. There is a file wiper (safe eraser) and several system optimization tools. All in all, the application provides most (if not all) the features that one would expect from a top-notch security suite, with extra applications that aim at keeping your system tuned and to ensure that your privacy is kept at all times. Graphically, AhnLab did a great job of keeping everything simple, with main menus to the left and individual application access to the right, with brief explanations of what everything does.
