Aiseesoft iPod Software Pack for Mac combines four different applications in a single package. These apps are iPod Video Converter for Mac, DVD to iPod Converter for Mac, iPod Manager for Mac, and iPhone Ringtone Maker for Mac. I don't think there is anything iPod-related that you can't do with these apps other than navigate your iPod's filesystem.

The first application of the pack is a fully-featured video conversion tool that lets you convert pretty much any video files into H.264, MPEG-4, MOV and M4V ones. It also supports a few different audio formats. Then, you have a DVD ripper that lets you convert your DVD movies into video files so that you can play them on your iPod. The other two tools let you transfer content from and to your iPod and create ringtones for your device.

This software pack does include four nice standalone applications. Each has its strengths and weaknesses. But, honestly, there is one application that stands out from the crowd, and that is Aiseesoft iPod Manager for Mac. If you look closely, this app alone has all the features that you get from the rest of the programs. It has a video converter, DVD ripper and a ringtone maker all in the same window. If you were to buy that app alone, it would cost you $29, which is cheaper than this software pack. If for some reason, you want to buy all the applications included in this pack, then you would be saving quite a few dollars by buying it instead of purchasing all the programs separately.
