AmbiDesk for Hue is a technology that uses the Philips Hue Light System to create an Ambilight Effect in a room or other area. It allows users to connect to their Hue Bridge and set up Points of Interest (POIs) to be used in the Ambilight Effect. The user can enable or disable bulbs and position the POIs on the screen.

- this is a major update to how AmbiDesk for Hue connects and controls your Philips Hue Lights, completely rewritten the whole bare-bone subsystem, Discovery of Bridges and Connection are now much faster
- this Update will require existing Users to restart the whole "Search for Bridge..." and "Connect along with "Press Link Button"
- if you are unable to search for Bridges while the required Button is missing, go to Preferences and click the "Unlink" Button, all your Presets and Settings will remain as they were
- fixed the issue with Audio Visualisation not working for some Users due missing Microphone Permissions on MacOS Catalina and above
