AndyTaxBooks is an extended version of AndyBooks that allows tax to be included in your accounts. It is a straightforward, easy-to-use bookkeeping program, ideal for personal use or for clubs, small businesses or self-employed people. The accounts are presented clearly and cleanly, while entering information is kept simple and efficient.
The accounts are classified into categories. You can define the accounts you want to keep. The categories can be restricted to income or expenditure entries only, reducing the possibility of data entry errors. The entries can be displayed in date order, sorted into categories, or selected by category. The presets (templates) can be set up to make regular or repeating entries quick and easy to add. The currency can be set on a file by file basis. The accounts can be imported from other AndyTaxBooks files. The entries can also be exported using copy and paste, in a format suitable for spreadsheets, Word processors, and databases.
