APH Talking Clock 1.1

This program is a talking clock with a resizable window that has a large print display of the time. It can resize the window and such time will be displayed in the center. To hear the current time announced you have two methods. One from the keyboard, by pressing the Space key, or with the mouse, by selecting the View menu "Say Time" item. "With these steps" the program says the time in a concise manner.

With the APH Talking clock the time is announced every fifteen (15) minutes.
