Aquarelo is an application that helps you improve, convert and scan your colors. You can share colors from different software apps to Aquarelo and vice versa. Aquarelo has the ability to convert your values into 36 standard color formats. In addition, you can send a color directly to Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC.
