I've been using Argus Monitor for a few months now and it's been a great tool for keeping my PC running smoothly. It's easy to set up and use and provides detailed information on my system components, including CPU, GPU, and hard disk drives. The S.M.A.R.T. feature is especially useful for monitoring the temperature and core frequency speeds of my system fans, which helps me to detect any potential problems before they become serious. All in all, Argus Monitor is an excellent tool for keeping track of your system components and preventing data loss. Highly recommended!
Argus Monitor is a powerful tool that offers a reliable solution to monitor the temperatures and the status of system components such as CPU, GPU and hard disk drive. By keeping a close eye on the parameters of your hardware you will be able to timely prevent any failure and avoid losing precious data. Using this tool you can even prevent permanent damage to your computer and avoid unwanted expenses.
Argus Monitor offers a reliable hard disk monitoring solution as it makes use of the accurate S.M.A.R.T. attributes in order to detect and display health status parameters such as the temperature. Besides the disk temperatures, it can also track the ones of the processor or of the GPU. The CPU temperatures can be monitored independently for each CPU core. Even the core frequency can also be tracked. Anyway, monitoring is not all that Argus Monitor has to offer. It also sports handy benchmarking functions that let you test the performance of your hard disk (including SSD units), enabling the measuring of relevant parameters such as the access times and transfer rates.
Although it comes packed with a lot of features, the interface of this tool is very simple and easy-to-use. It’s even a little bit too dull, and it can’t be resized or customized in any way. Anyway, the thing that matters about this tool is its practicability and not it looks, so I have to agree that its unappealing interface is a minor downside that can be easily overlooked. In an end note, Argus Monitor is a great system health monitoring tool that earns my sincere and complete recommendation.
