AthTek NetWalk will help you monitor network traffic from a local area and also detect network intrusions.

When you run the program for the first time, a window will appear and let you select the network adapter that you need to monitor. You can always change your selection by simply clicking "Monitor"->"Switch Monitor" and choose another available adapter.

This application will analyze network packets providing useful information, like signal strength, connection statistics, a list of access points and stations, etc. You will have instant access to graphs that show the current traffic utilization and other useful information such as the application layer protocols packets, DNS successful queries vs failed queries, packet size distribution and many others.

You can easily capture packets in order to find and analyze any network problem (for example: a security breach) and perform troubleshooting tasks. Once the capture buffer is full, the capture session will stop and you can start checking your network issues.

The built-in traffic filter will keep you up-to-date about any file transfer, voice/video call, instant messaging, etc. This tool is very handy for the network administrators who need to be fully aware of anything that revolves around their network communication systems.
