AVCWare iPhone Magic is a nice iPhone management solution. It has everything that you need to completely manage and backup your iPhone. It allows you to both transfer data from and to your device, which is great for users whose iPhone can't be synced with iTunes for some reason. It is also very useful for when you are away from your home computer and want to transfer your data from your phone to another Mac.
The application also comes with two fully-featured video conversion tools. There is a DVD ripper and a video converter. Both can output files for playback on different models of the iPhone and iPod Touch. Your converted files can be automatically stored on your device, a folder on your Mac or even added to iTunes directly.
When you connect your iPhone, the application will detect it and list all types of data that you can transfer. Some of the things that you can transfer are music, movies, photos, contacts, SMS conversations, and books.
Whenever I try to sync my iPhone with iTunes, I get an error and iTunes wants to restore my phone. However, this application detects it just fine, and it lets me transfer anything from and to it.
