AVCWare iPod to Computer Transfer 4.2.2

AVCWare iPod to Computer Transfer is an iPod management tool. It allows you to both download content from your iPod and to put content on it. Other iOS devices may also be supported. I tested this app with an iPhone 3G and an iPod Touch 4G. The iPhone 3G worked just fine, but the iPod touch wasn't supported. Rather, the version of iOS on the Touch wasn't yet supported.

Graphically, this app looks like most other "transfer" tools. You will see your connected devices on the left, and below them, all the content categories: Music, Movies, Photos, Camera Roll and Ringtones. When you click on one of those, the content will be shown on the pane to the right of the screen. You can check individual items to back them up or select them all automatically.

AVCWare iPod to Computer Transfer lets you also put content on your device without having to sync it with iTunes. This feature works very well and it is great for when you only need to put a few songs or a movie on your iOS device.

The trial version of this app limits the number of items that you can backup at a time. After you do 10 items, you will be restricted to one item per time.
