AZZ Cardfile is a personal information management that lets you easily organize and manage any kind of data using a neat and effective card-based system. It lets you use cards in order to store and manage any kind of information: addresses, phone numbers, recipes, notes, etc.
It’s a very complex, powerful and feature-rich application that includes a lot of functions and options, yet it manages to be intuitive and easy-to-use. Its interface is designed in a clever way that makes navigating the cards or editing them very simple tasks. It is also neat and simple-to-use - it can be used straight away by novices too, without any previous learning. The interface is also highly-customizable, letting its users choose the buttons and toolbars that they want to be displayed.
Its easy-to-use interface is not the only thing to like about this program. Its high number of handy features is also remarkable. It allows compressing, password-protecting, exporting, merging and printing the cards and the card databases, among many others. Automatic backups of the card databases can also be performed on a scheduled basis.
I also like the fact that the cards can be formatted in many ways and enhanced with the addition of pictures, tables, links, symbols and many other elements. The cards can be customized and changed in a lot of ways.
