Backgrounds offers a collection of 10,000 free wallpapers for your Android phone.

The wallpapers in Backgrounds are placed into a large range of different categories, including cars, city, music, peace, sports and scary. Images in Backgrounds are updated all the time, so you'll constantly be able to find new content.

Browsing images in Backgrounds is a fairly comfortable process. Four preview images are displayed on screen at once, and you can cycle through these using the left and right arrow buttons (not by swiping, unfortunately). Tap an image and you'll see it full screen.

When you've selected an image in Backgrounds, you are given four different options: to set it instantly as your wallpaper, to assign the picture to a contact, to set as a favorite, or to save it to your phone's SD card. It would be nice to have options for sharing the backgrounds via email or social networks, as well.
