BeCells XL is a very challenging and original puzzle game. In the game, you will see a board divided into several bee cells. When you start the game, colored balls will start falling on the board. Your goal is to match six or more balls of the same color to make them disappear from the board and score points. Unlike other color or shape matching games, in this one, you need to actually move the balls around the board to make matches. To do this, you click on any ball and it will start bouncing, then you can click on any free adjacent cell to move it there. The game is over when there are no free cells to move balls to. At first, when you move a ball, three new balls will fall on the board. You should make smart moves to prevent the board from filling up. As you progress through the game, four, five and more balls will fall with each move that you make. When you group six together, you can make an additional move, and if you make another match in the same turn, you get another free move, and so on.
BeeCells XL is a nice take on the make-a-match genre. It is certainly more challenging than other similar games. The game has nice sounds, which can be disabled, and it looks good.
