Belvedere 1.0

Belvedere is an open source file management application. The program will allow you to manage your files and folders easily. Moreover, the program is automated, i.e. it will let you create the rules according to which it will later perform the defined actions. For example, the program may open a file, rename it, send to recycle bin, move a file to a folder, copy a file, or simply delete it. The defined terms for performing an action may vary greatly: for instance, it may be the size of a file: if a file is less or greater than one you determined, the program will perform the defined action. Also you may define conditions related to a file's extension, name, date created, last date modified or opened.

Also Belvedere may manage your recycle bin if you want. To be more precise all it will do is empty the bin in every period of time determined.

The program is very useful, but, unfortunately, it s not so easy to use: the interface is not very intuitive. Though, it won't take much time to understand how to use it.
