Beyond: Light Advent Collector's Edition developed by Mad Head Games brings you the story of an astronomer whose objective is to save the world from the aliens invading the planet. She's joined by an alien who, until recently, was thought to be her imaginary friend during her early years.
Unlike other hidden object games I played, this app brings an original plot. Plus, the graphics, animations, and puzzle scenes are amazingly drawn by the artists behind the creation of this game.
Another aspect I really like is the fact that the game provides you with many types of puzzles. Whether you ride a bike, assemble and use a telescope or find missing items within a location, this app keeps you glued to your Mac for hours.
You also have access to an integrated strategy guide where it's explained how to complete challenges, from where to collect useful items, and much more. In addition, you can always use the Hint option or skip challenges.
All in all, Beyond: Light Advent Collector's Edition is an amazing and addictive puzzle game. I'd say it's definitely worth buying this app for your Mac if you're into playing this type of games in your free time.
