Born Into Darkness is an enjoyable hidden-object game in which you will explore multiple scenes looking for a cure to the main character's problem: she is a vampire. Throughout the game, you will visit different locations looking for objects that you can use in the scene to discover other objects. All the objects are divided in multiple parts, so you first must find all the parts to later use that object in the scene. The objects are very well concealed, so you must look very carefully. If you have trouble finding a part, you can ask for hints, but these are limited, so you must use them wisely. You can also win more hints by playing a sort of game in which you must click on all the ghosts shown in the allotted time. There's also a time penalty for random clicking.
The game has an interesting story behind it that you will uncover as you progress. Unfortunately, the game includes only one mode, which is timed, so you must hurry up or you will have to replay the level. Graphics are excellent, sounds are really vivid and scary, and the music is very suitable.
In short, if you are looking for a hidden-object game with an interesting story, Born Into Darkness may be a good choice.
