Boxy SVG is a Mac tool that comes in handy if you need to create banners, illustrations, greeting cards, etc. You can attach text content and geometrical shapes to your graphic project, crop the imported image, align picture elements according to your needs, and so much more.
The vector graphics editing utility enables you to import SVG, PNG or JPEG files from your local folders and choose from dozens of image altering options. Each of the integrated editing tools are very simple to configure, even for a Mac user with little computer experience. Furthermore, the program preserves the quality of the images when exporting them to the selected destination folder.
According to the Comments section from the download page, some users experienced issues when exporting their images. In my testing, the application worked great and managed to provide me the quality output file I needed.
Unfortunately, the application comes with one flaw: it supports only 3 output formats (SVG, PNG, and JPEG).
Still, Boxy SVG is a cheaper solution for vector graphics editing comparing to other popular Mac utilities, like Adobe Illustrator or Sketch. To be more exact, it's free. It provides you with a wide variety of editing options, offers you quality results, and is very simple to configure.
