Breathing Timer helps you control and regulate breathing during trainings with the Frolov’s Respiration Training Device. You can set the PRA duration, inhalation time, exhalation time, and abdomen draw-in time. The program can display all PRA in sections, display a certain PRA section, or display a current training time.
