Bubble Birds is a puzzle game where you match colored birds.
If you've played classic games like Bubble Shooter or Bust-a-Move, you'll be immediately familiar with Bubble Birds. Match 3 or more same colored birds and they'll "pop." The goal of the game is to get rid of all the birds.
There are more than just colored birds, which helps to mix up some of Bubble Birds' gameplay. There are birds that don't show you what color they are until you fire, effectively making you take a gamble. There is also a rainbow colored bird that can complete a chain of 3 or more birds. Finally, there is a bomb bird that will explode.
Unfortunately that's as interesting as Bubble Birds gets. Gameplay is repetitive and the levels take much too long to complete. For a casual game, it is surprising to see levels last so long. While the different types of birds try to mix up gameplay, they are often frustrating and create unsatisfying challenges.
Bubble Birds needs work on making gameplay faster paces and more satisfying.
