Though rather crude, the humor of this game is pretty striking and makes the game even more enjoyable. Another remarkable aspect about Castle Crashers is its co-op mode that lets you join your friends in battles and have even more fun.

Basically, in Castle Crashers you control one of the 4 characters of the game and hack-and-slash your way towards fulfilling the given quests. There are all kinds of attribute and item upgrades, collectible pets and weapons, bosses and additional game events like races or special fights, and so on.
