The CCEL Desktop is a digital library software for desktop computers. It allows users to install, maintain, access, and search books from the Christian Classics Ethereal Library on their PC. The application is based on a client-server architecture, and users can browse the available books, install them from CD or the web, and search the full text of the installed books.
