Chasys Draw IES is an image editor equipped with various animations, effects, and adjustment layers that can be used to enhance the quality of an image or to create a unique one.
The program can easily be installed by any type of user, the entire process lasting no more than two minutes. The interface looks very modern, and it has well-organized page sections, stylish menus and toolbars, and an enjoying theme color. Yet, it would've been nice to have a wider variety of skin themes.
Once you start using the program, you realize that as soon as you get used with its menus and toolbars, it's quite easy to use its features. With Chasys Draw IES, users can access the Icon Generator, which is able to modify the picture in order to be used later as an application icon. Moreover, by using the Super-resolution process, you can create high-resolution images via heuristic scaling or by stacking images. Other cool processes include Sequence Stitcher, Focus Stacking, or Moving Object Remover.
In conclusion, Chasys Draw IES is a useful software tool for image editing that encapsulates plenty of animations and effects, all offered for free. At times, you may encounter some button delay issues, but there is no perfect software.
