ChequeSystem 7.9.5

ChequeSystem is a comprehensive application to print out your blank checks and to keep records of them. It allows you to manage all aspects related to your checks, such as check books, payees, payee categories, check layouts, vouchers, and others. In addition, it can generate different kinds of reports that can be exported as HTML, MS Excel, and PDF files.

The program includes a considerable number of modules and menu commands, so that you will probably want to read – at least – the "Quick Start" guide to be able to make the most of its potential. You should start by creating your first check book, so that you can then generate new checks. When doing so, you can select the check layout from a list of almost 200 pre-existing templates, based on the layout of the checks used by many of the major banks worldwide. Besides, the program provides you with a module that lets you modify any of the templates with an outstanding precision, and even create your own layouts.

Another module of the program lets you manage your payee list. You can create, edit or delete payees, or import a list from an existing CSV file, whose data need of course be in the correct order and format. Moreover, if you do not want to leave a payee as "uncategorized", you can make it part of an existing category, which you previously created using a third module.

Besides all the tools and features mentioned above, the program includes many additional functions - you can set a password for the program in order to protect your private information, you can print multiple checks in batches, and you can create recurring check templates for those you have to generate periodically, saving you time. Finally, I need to mention the program’s capability to save different sets of data on different workspaces – a very useful feature if you happen to work for more than one company.
